Help with Crown XTI 4002 and Band Manager

So i installed Band Manager, Hooked everything up, than on program launch, it says unable to create a xti 2 file because its mising the DLL s and told me to download them from this website, but i cant find them anywhere, so what do I do about my problem and how can this be fixed? Someone please help im new to crown.

Hello? Anyone getting an answer to this question? I just bought a new XTi-2002 and get the same error... and NOWHERE can I find any updated dll, etc. to fix!!!

I use Band Manager perfectly fine with my older XTi-2000!!!

Regretting buying the new amp, due to pitiful tech support response on this issue!!!

A new BandManager will be released with support for the latest XTi amps.

For technical support issues you should contact Crown directly.

This forum is alomst dead, I'm following this forum for a month now but there almost no replies to our questions. I'm surprissed that you did get an answer, maybe they will asnwer all the questions now.

Or maybe if people want to we can create a new forum.

"Band Manager has not been updated yet for the new XTi 02 series models. if you download System Architect v3.0 you can access and control your amplifiers just like in Band manager,

I was told by Crown that it should be released by the end on January, had I know this would not be the case I would not of bought 4 XTi 6002's.Ive been buying Crown amps since the DC300 and the PSA2's. I never thought i would be saying this, but i regret buying the Crown XTi and XTi 2's. I saw Band Manager 2 preview at NAMM, why does it take so long to release it???? Extremely disappointed in Harmon and Crown.

Renn - We're sorry for the delay in the release of Band Manager 2. It often happens that there are last minute issues which need to be resolved before we can release any software. As inconvenient as it seems, it is for your benefit. I am told the software is to be released by the end of the week.
