JBL Cinema Screen Array settings.

I have JBL cinema screen array 3731 with 4641 subs. I am intersting to uprgrade either to dbx260 or 4800. As I understand, the 260 has only speaker tunings and the 4800 has all the Cinema series but I don't see any 3731 speakers. I only see 3732 bi-amp in the download wizard.
What is the differences between these settings??

Does the both units support the 3731 bi-amp with a additional subs 4641, I would like to use lowout in mono to subs 4641, midout to lowbass to 3731 and highout to M/T witch has a passive crossover on my 3731.

Witch one schould I choose or can use to best suite my system.

I have right now dbxPA+.
