Why do one have to invert the polarity(negative) in DSi Crown amp for JBL 4722 bi-amp HF-module. When one is using dbx260 there is no use of polarity shift.

Why the difference in polarity setting?

I have downloaded the band manager and system architect. I am trying to load the JBL Speaker file. When I select the xti2002 with jrx file, speaker number 1 only outputs bass and speaker 2 is out putting highs. THe file thinks it has a sub? What am I missing? Please advise. Thanks Matt

During the NAMM 2012 the new PRX400 series were introduced and it was mentioned that the XTi2 series crown amps would have the presents for the PRX400 series speakers already loaded. I have a brand new XTi2 4002 amp and that present is not shown. I also went to the JBL's downloadable site and looked for the presents for the PRX400 series and I didn't see them.
My question is simple, is the present for the PRX400 series available, if yes then where can i get the download file from so I can load the preset to my AMP and get my system up and running....
