    Band Manager able to detect the xti-4002 but I unable to select the EQ etc. within BM

    Dear sir,
    I try to use band manager to detect and it able to detect it but when I select the EQ and other processing units, it not able to pop up the EQ and other processing units to let me do the adjustment.

    Kindly guide me how to settle the problem. Thank you. It would be good that you also guide me to the procedure of installation of band manager.

    I am having the same problem with an xti4000. Connect to the amp, but I cannot click on any of the parameters. I have done with before recently with no issue.

    I checked the serial number to see if it was running the current firmware and it is. Any advice?
