Awaiting TFTP

Hi,
after updated my I-tech 8000 to the lastest firmware with Hiq 3.1 I have this message displayed:
Loader v0.3
Corrupt Image
Awaiting TFTP
rebooting did not solve the issue. I posted the log file along.
