HARMAN PRO GROUP HiQnet™ ADVANCES SOUND AND CONTROL AT CRAZY PIANO'S CLUB AND RESTAURANT IN SVENINGEN, THE NETHERLANDS

09 September 2007, London, England

In an installation that reflects the increasing application of Harman Pro Group HiQnetTM in small and mid-sized entertainment venues where system configuration, zoning and user interface are especially critical, Crazy Piano's Club in Sveningen, The Netherlands has just completed the installation of a HiQnet sound systefrom JBL Professional and amplifiers from Crown.

The main loudspeaker systems comprise four JBL VP7215 DPCs, two each of the 95 (90x50 degree coverage) and 64 (60x40) versions. These are self-powered two-way integrated systems that offer wide frequency response and consistent power output. Augmenting these systems are six, 12-inch JBL VP7212/95s. The JBL SRX 728 subwoofers are from the JBL SRX Line, the lightest speakers to offer advanced JBL driver technology as well as the coverage and power expected for these kinds of demands. Two SRX712m stage monitors and two SRX718 subs enhance both frequency and area coverage. Power is handled by a Crown I-Tech 4000.

"The Harman Pro Group fully integrated system was exactly what Crazy Piano's needed to support the variety of music styles and events they host in a crowded venue," said Jeroen van Keeken, Live Sound Account Manager, Audio XL, the Harman Pro Group Distributor in The Netherlands. "The unique ability to get extensive control of a system through HiQnet talking to the Crown power and the VP Series loudspeakers means that venue can offer the best live music experience cost effectively no matter who the operators are."
